skipping projects in general. This book is the result of over 12 years
of practice and research....Read it, follow the Secrets and Tips
I have included a lot of myths about how NOT to skip that make it more
difficult instead of easier. As I have taught a lot of classes now, and
I can say confidently that following the tips in this book will very
likely improve your skipping dramatically. The idea being, the better
you can skip, the more fun it will be.
